Terms of service: Whole Number Field for Jira

Last updated: 27 October 2026

These terms are between you, the organisation that installs the Jira Cloud app Whole Number Field for Jira ("the app"), and Datadelight ("we"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install the app.

The app

The app runs on Atlassian Forge. It adds a Whole number custom field type that accepts whole numbers only, and an administration page that copies values from an existing Jira number field into a Whole number field. The copy never rounds a value: a value with a decimal part is listed and left out. Your use of Jira itself is governed by your agreement with Atlassian.

Your licence

While the app is installed, you may use it on your Jira Cloud sites for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense or reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or Atlassian's terms.

Your responsibility for changes

You decide which values are copied. Check the preview before you confirm a copy. The copy does not overwrite a Whole number field that already has a value, and it cannot be undone by the app.

Fees

If the app is offered for a fee, Atlassian bills you for it through the Atlassian Marketplace, on Atlassian's terms. We do not bill you directly.

Your data

Field values and field settings are stored by Jira in your site. The app stores nothing of its own and sends nothing outside Atlassian. Our privacy policy explains what it reads and logs.

Support

Contact support@accounts.datadelight.co. We aim to help, but we do not promise a response time unless we agree one with you in writing.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may change or stop offering the app. If we stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice where we can. We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown above, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is error-free or fits a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
