Request a Data Processing Agreement
Datadelight supports requests for a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for its Jira and Confluence Cloud apps: Block Done While Blockers Open, JQL Function Pack, Bulk Change Issue Links, Group Mentions, Long URL Field and Whole Number Field.
See the DPA instrument and its processing annex. The instrument currently covers the four apps named there; requests for the other apps require their own processing schedule.
Request a DPA
Email support@accounts.datadelight.co with the app name, your organisation's requirements and any proposed DPA for review. Please do not include customer content or credentials.
Datadelight will review the requested processing terms with you. An individual agreement requires review and signature by authorised representatives. This page is a support and request route; it is not itself a DPA and does not execute an agreement.
Processing information
The apps run on Atlassian Forge and differ in the information they read and keep. For example, Group Mentions keeps mention and subscription records, including Atlassian account IDs, in Forge storage. Whole Number Field stores field values and context settings in Jira and has no app storage of its own. Do not assume the same data schedule applies to every app.
See the app privacy policies for the processing details and Security for permissions and vulnerability reporting. Any DPA must reflect the app, the customer's use and the applicable processing arrangements. This page does not promise a processing region, a new retention period or additional certification.
